Scott, his wife and his team were great. We called them back in 2020 when our AC stopped working, Scott came out on a Saturday and fixed it at a reasonable price. In 2022 our AC blower stopped working. We called them again on a Saturday and they responded. This is when the dedication to a client's concern and comfort really shows. We asked for a blower that was not the more expensive name brand blower for our unit, you know for certain dollar and cents reasons. It was noisy. They came out a second time to address our concerns and changed it. Still noisy. Scott came out a third time and mind you on a Saturday no less. He really went far beyond the norm.
