About Us

Hi my name is Scott Laatsch. My family and I live here in Naples Florida. We moved here about 10 years ago from Green Bay Wisconsin and enjoy living in this beautiful paradise. I've been in the air conditioning and heating business my whole life. My dad ran his own HVAC business, so as far back as I can remember I've been doing this type of work.

I went to college and received my associate degree in HVACR from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College. I'm certified in a wide variety of technical areas and I take my profession very seriously. I am proud to have passed the rigorous testing to become a licensed HVAC contractor here in Florida. I run a small reputable business but don't mistake my business size for lack of knowledge. I've been working with HVAC systems my whole life and if you have an issue that is fixable I can fix it. This the work I'm passionate about and I'm proud to say I'm very good at it

I love this company. No-one loves to pay for a new unit. Lets be honest. However when the day comes it comes, you need a reliable/honest company to help you. We bought an older home and knew the units were both at the end of life. We replaced one with them and then a year later the other one died. Both times- they gave me several options to choose from and explained in detail of what each machine provided and also any upgrades or just basic machines- because of that I felt more comfortable with them- they were not pushy with buying the most expensive. They even gave options of repair and filling with fluids if that was the route I wanted to go. We now have 2 beautiful units. On top of the installations and quality of units/work I accidentally locked my screen on my thermostat and the owner called me on a Saturday to walk me through how to unlock it! There are honest small business owners out there and this place is one of them!
